Note: ‘member’ is defined as anyone who has renewed their membership in the association for the remainder of this school year or any new members you have signed up this year. Count each half-time member as one member for purposes of this count. Persons who have ‘promised to join’ but have neither paid their dues in full nor signed up for payroll deduction do not yet count as members in your building.

Note: A ‘non-member’ is defined as anyone who belongs to the bargaining unit in your building and, therefore, could join the Association if he/she wishes to but has either decided not to join or has not yet completed the necessary paperwork to join, including dues payment.
